2D1N Satang Island
Satang Island is an excellent place to visit if you wish to escape in this tropical paradise. Departing from Kuching, you get to have a scenic boat ride. Going through the South China Sea to Satang Island, you will have a warm sun and a nice sea breeze.
Upon reaching the beachfront area, it is time to do snorkelling. There are a lot of underwater wonders, and many people enjoy it. Apart from that, there is also much marine life, like fish and sea turtles. As the day turns dark, it is time for dinner. Get the best seafood from Satang Island to relax yourself.
During your night stay at Satang Island, you will hear much birdsong in this paradise. After you get a good breakfast, you can tour the Satang Island Turtle Conservation Center. Learn about the island to protect sea turtle species and go snorkelling to swim together with the turtles. If you do not go underwater, you can rest and have fun on the beach. When the sun sets, you can leave Satang Island with good memories.

Transfer from Hotel to Boat Jetty. Boat ride will take approximately 40 minutes to Satang Island. Upon arrival at island, check –in to island huts. Accommodation at its most simple manner where electricity is powered by a diesel generator and water collected in water tanks from rain showers. Swim or snorkel from shore around island reef. Dinner will be served at sunset. Rest and relax for the night while we wait patiently for the turtles to come ashore to lay eggs. Turtle landings are uncertain. Most turtle landings occur when the tide is at its highest. As sea turtles are wild, sightings are not assured, however we experience a high chance of turtle sightings at this particular island.
Breakfast served on the following day. Swim, snorkel and relax on island beach before we depart back to Kuching via the same route.
