Pickup at your hotel at 8:00 AM. Then, we depart straight to Matang Wildlife Centre. It’s approximately a 40-minute drive from Kuching city center.

Start with a visit to the orangutan enclosures, where rescued orangutans are rehabilitated before being released into the wild. Take a guided walk through the nature trails to experience Borneo’s lush rainforest and unique flora and fauna.

Visit the aviary and other animal enclosures, featuring sun bears, hornbills, and other wildlife native to Sarawak.  If you’re up for a short trek, the nearby waterfalls are a serene spot to unwind.

After that, we will proceed to Kampung Telaga Air. On our way there, we will stop for lunch by at Serapi Virgin Coconut Milk Shake. Try the famous coconut milk shake and enjoy the lemang with rendang and satay peanut gravy.

After lunch, we proceed to Kampung Telaga Air Waterfront, a picturesque fishing village about a 25-minute drive from Serapi Coconut Shake. Stroll along the scenic waterfront promenade and take in views of the river and fishing boats.  Visit the local jetty, where you can watch fishermen at work or rent a boat for a short river cruise (self-pay). Explore the local market for fresh seafood, handicrafts, and traditional snacks. Sit back at one of the waterfront cafés to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere.

We will send you back to your hotel late afternoon.
